Rayne is a 38-year-old woman from New Mexico. The 90 Day Fiance star has been talking to Chidi online for two years since they were introduced in the show. Rayne wasn’t initially aware that Chidi was blind. According to her, she became curious about why he wasn’t responding when she was sending him photos. But Rayne said his blindness wasn’t an issue for her. She sees it as a blessing in disguise, as she could ease her insecurities about her looks. Rayne flew to Nigeria to be with her man. She wanted to test Chidi’s commitment to their relationship before she decided to take it to the next level.

The first episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 7 left many viewers scratching their heads, especially Rayne. In one of her scenes, she expressed her plans to “expose” Chidi to the existence of aliens and the Illuminati. However, she may face difficulties getting him on board with her antics due to Chidi’s devotion to Christianity. During an interview, Chidi revealed how he lost his eyesight. According to the 90 Day Fiance star, an apple fell on his right eye when he was 17. The excruciating pain resulted in his eyesight deteriorating the following days. He even went to school but couldn’t see what was written on the board. After several days, his left eye was affected as well. Things also got worse when he fell one evening. His left eye hit a wooden desk, leading to massive bleeding. As a result, Chidi completely lost his vision.
