Jesse Tyler Ferguson Shocks Fans With His Bold New Look
It’s been four years since Modern Family fans said goodbye to the long-running sitcom. But even so, fans are eager to keep up with the stars, including Jesse Tyler Ferguson, on social media.
Many watched him on TV for so long that they feel like they know him. And that’s precisely why it was such a shock to many when he dramatically altered his appearance.
In a shocking turn of events, the 48-year-old shaved off his signature red beard.
“Deal with it,” the actor shared, attaching a black and white photo of himself without the iconic scruffle. Of course, most of his friends and followers agreed he still looked incredibly handsome. But without the red beard, he just looked so different.

Ferguson’s husband Justin Mikita simply left a heart-eyed emoji in the comments. Clearly, he appreciated the actor’s new look.

However, there is hope for a Modern Family reboot. Rumors have been swirling about the project all summer long.
“It’s something I can’t really talk about. Isn’t that annoying?” Ferguson said during an appearance on The Talk. “I know. I was on the set with some of my cast mates. It’s not a reboot… Is it a movie? I don’t know.”
