Dotun Olubeko Reaction To Sam McKinney Goes Viral
Jenn Tran’s rejected suitors reunited for the Men Tell All special that aired last week. Season 20 Bachelorette Charity Lawson and her fiance, Dotun Olubeko, were among the franchise alums in the audience.
The cameras regularly panned to the couple to get their reaction shots. Dotun Olubeko couldn’t hide his disdain for contestant Sam McKinney when Sam was in the hot seat to address his chaotic Season 21 behavior.
Sam McKinney was considered a fan-favorite from the beginning, but quickly showed his red flags. Jenn Tran finally sent him home in Week 6, but not before he said that he only joined the show because he thought Daisy Kent or Maria Georgas would be the Bachelorette.
One viewer took to Twitter to share a clip of Dotun’s blank-faced expression when Sam McKinney was talking to Jesse Palmer. The video also shows Charity Lawson checking out her fiance’s reaction to what Sam was saying.

Explains Looking ‘Miserable’ At Men Tell All
While Dotun’s non-expression to Sam M. was quite expressive, one viewer thought he looked ‘miserable’ during the taping. According to Us Weekly, Charity’s fiance took to his Instagram Story to address the speculation. The posts automatically delete after 24 hours, but the outlet summarized the content of the posts.
“This s–t is hilarious lmao but y’all this narrative need to stop before ABC disown me,” he joked about the tweet. Dotun added that “Filming days are looong but it’s always a good a** time.”
He shared a legit reason why he looked ‘miserable.’
“The truth — I simply don’t have the energy to force an exaggerated smile for hours just because cameras are around because ✨I’m not a psychopath ✨.”
Charity Lawson Jokes They Were ‘Drunk’
Charity Lawson also took to her Instagram Story to defend her fiance. She backed up Dotun’s statement about the long filming schedule.
“Literally … THIS. We are truly just sleepy, filming all day, probably drunk, you name it.”
The former Bachelorette added that her fiance isn’t one to put on a pretend smile. “If you actually know Dotun, he just is a man of simplicity and sense and doesn’t fake anything.”
