Kim Kardashian Embarrasses Daughter, North, In Front Of Millions
Kim Kardashian has been making rounds on talk shows recently and managed to embarrass her oldest child, North West. She appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last week. Of course, her kids came up, but what she had to say made North cringe.
Kim Kardashian Has Been Taking Solo Trips With Her Kids
The Kardashians star told Jimmy Fallon that she was enjoying her “solo trip” to New York City with her daughter North. Then, she looked out into the audience of The Tonight Show and gave her daughter a shoutout.
“Shoutout to North, she’s so embarrassed about it,” she said. The crowd cheered for North West in response and Jimmy replied, “So cute.”
After embarrassing North in front of Jimmy’s 1.9 million+ viewers, Kim Kardashian talked about the solo trips she takes with each of her kids. She enjoys jet-setting to different locations with one kid at a time. It helps them have some “bonding time.”
Kim’s eight-year-old son Saint has traveled the world with his mom to see several pro soccer matches. “It’s pretty nutty that I’ve traveled the world for my kids’ interests, but, it’s fun,” the SKIMS founder said.
North West Frequently Embarrasses Her Mom
Poking fun at North on The Tonight Show could be Kim’s way of getting back at her daughter. There have been several instances where North’s digs at her mom have made headlines. The Kardashians has documented a lot of North’s unedited (and admittedly funny) lines over the last couple of years.
One memorable moment was when North told her starlet mother that her dress for the 2023 Met Gala looked like it was “from the Dollar Store.” In the most recent season of the Hulu series, North called Kim “annoying” and “cringy” while she was on the phone.
Another episode showed Kim Kardashian’s oldest child giving some of her friends major side-eye. As Kim greeted her friends and Khloe Kardashian, North rolled her eyes several times and had her hand on her hip. Her aunt Khloe came up to her and hugged her, telling North that she loved her side-eye.
North doesn’t wait for the show’s camera to roll to embarrass her mom either. She often posts unedited videos of Kim Kardashian at home on TikTok. Earlier this summer, she shared a video of her mom makeup-free and covered in pimple patches.

That said, there’s nothing but love between North West and Kim Kardashian. Occasionally, she dotes on her for the things she’s accomplished, such as her appearance in American Horror Story: Delicate. “I couldn’t even believe it was her. She was so good,” North said at the time.
Kim Kardashian shares four children with her ex-husband Kanye West. North West is the oldest at 11 years old, followed by Saint West, 8, Chicago West, 6, and Psalm West, 5.
