Jenn & Jeremy’s Hometown Date

Jenn Tran’s journey on The Bachelorette is nearing the end. But before making her final choice, she met the families of her final four contestants, Jeremy, Marcus, Devin, and Jonathon.

Jeremy, a 29-year-old real estate investor based in NYC, perhaps had the least amount of airtime throughout the season so far. However, he had a fun one-on-one date with Jenn Tran in last week’s episode that earned him a rose to continue on in the reality dating show.

He took Jenn Tran to Connecticut, where he grew up. She met his mother, Karen, stepdad, Michael, two sisters and his older sister’s fiance. Jeremy’s mother was extremely skeptical of her son’s connection with Jenn after just a few weeks.

She wasn’t shy about making her opinion known, either. The interaction gave Jenn pause and ultimately fueled her decision to send Jeremy Simon home.

Bachelorette Star Responds To People Blaming His Mom

Some Bachelorette viewers were delayed in watching the latest episode after a scheduling snafu at ABC. But apparently, enough people on social media blamed Jeremy’s mom for his untimely exit. He responded during an interview with Glamour magazine.

Jeremy took up in defense of his mother. “I don’t blame my mom for asking the tough questions. She could be skeptical. I wanted her to trust me also. And she does trust me in the fact that if I bring Jenn back, she knows I like her a lot. But that doesn’t mean my mom is not going to ask the question she wants to ask.”

He added that he was a little surprised at the time by Jenn’s decision. “It wasn’t fun to watch it back and hear that Jenn thought it was a hard day because while it happened, I thought we were having so much fun. But it is what it is.”

Could Fans See Him On Bachelor In Paradise Season 10?

Is Jeremy Simon done with the Bachelor franchise? Glamour asked him about the possibility of him returning for Season 10 of Bachelor In Paradise. He said that he would consider it if he’s still single by then. ABC revealed that BIP won’t return until next year.

And according to Jeremy, there are a lot of Jewish moms in his DMs trying to set him up with their daughters.

Do you think Jeremy Simon’s mom was the reason Jenn Tran didn’t give him a rose? Sound off in the comments.
