‘Below Deck’ Will Christina Applegate Join The Bravo Cast?
Christina Applegate has outed herself as a Below Deck super fan. Recently, she revealed to her followers on social media that she was offered a spot on the Bravo show. Could she be the next Below Deck cast member? Well, Christina has some demands that need to be met first.
Reality TV Helped Dead To Me Actress During A Lowpoint
Best known for her roles in Married With Children and Netflix’s Dead To Me, Christina Applegate hasn’t ever dabbled in the world of reality television. Admittedly, she rarely watched any reality TV shows until she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS).
The actress was first diagnosed with MS in 2021. MS is a chronic illness that heavily impacts the central nervous system. It often causes difficulty with mobility, fatigue, and muscle weakness, among other symptoms.
Christina Applegate has been vocal about how she’s managing the illness. She wound up finding comfort in an unexpected place: reality TV.
She recently shared that Below Deck helped her while she was struggling with her diagnosis. Christina apparently binge-watched a lot of the show while she was in bed and even slid into the DMs of one of the Bravo stars.
The Netflix star has called herself an “uber fan” of the Bravo show, which follows the lives of crew members on luxury yachts during the charter season.
Will Christina Applegate Appear On Below Deck?
Apparently, there was recently an offer made for Christina Applegate to join the cast of the high seas drama. She talked about what her terms would be if she decided to join the show.
In a post on X, Christina wrote, “So you all know I love Below Deck. They recently offered for me to come do a charter. Only way I’d do it is if the entire interior is Kate, Aesha, Daisy, and Fraser. Don’t need a chef. Oh yeah, I do. Rachel. And then we just watch movies together in the primary. And any of our captains. Sandy, Jason, Glenn, Kerry. And just to spice it up for my girl Daisy, her dudes.”

So much of Christina Applegate’s post highlights her love for the cast of the show. She listed off names of some of Below Deck‘s most popular crew members, including Aesha Scott, Daisy Kelliher, Kate Chastain, and Fraser Olender.
The Dead To Me star also mentioned Rachel Hargrove, giving a nod to the culinary talent on the show. Not to mention, she listed off several captains, leaving the ball in their court. Any of them could offer to take on the charter with Christina Applegate, including Glenn Shephard, Sandy Yawn, Kerry Titheradge, or Jason Chambers.
What isn’t yet known is whether or not the iconic actress will actually appear on Below Deck. Her post has sparked interest though.
