Travis Kelce Dad Blasts Kanye West Over ‘Vultures 2’
Travis Kelce’s dad is not happy with Kanye West. The rap star does what he does best: throwing shade at Taylor Swift. This occurred when Kanye released a new album on Facebook on Thursday called Vultures 2. The song is titled “Lifestyle,” and he dropped Travis on the track.
This did not set well with Ed Kelce, and he had something to say about it. Here is what Ed said about the song and the dis toward his son and Taylor Swift.
Ed Harris Speaks Out About Kanye West Song
Kanye West released his new album, Vultures 2, on Tuesday. One of the tracks on the album is “Lifestyle,” which references Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. Lil Wayne sings a verse in the song and raps, “I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce.”
Ed Kelce posted an article about Kanye name-dropping Travis and Taylor in this song. In the post, Ed wrote that the track is “mental illness on full display.” Kanye has admitted that he has Bipolar disorder, so using mental illness as an insult seems wrong. However, it isn’t the first time Kanye has publicly attacked Taylor.
Eight years ago, Kanye wrote a song and called Taylor “that bi*ch” in his song “Famous.” This also came after Kanye went onto the stage after Taylor won a Grammy and said that she didn’t deserve it and Beyonce should have won.
Has Taylor Swift Responded To Kanye West?
Taylor Swift hasn’t said anything since the Kanye West song was released. However, at a concert she had on Saturday in Poland, she wore a shirt that read, “I Bet You Think About Me.” She wore it during the “Red” portion of her show, which includes a 2021 song that most people think is about Kanye.
Travis Kelce has also not commented on it. While Taylor Swift is touring Europe, he is preparing for the NFL season at the Kansas City Chiefs’ preseason training camp. However, he previously said that his dad, Ed, will see things online in headlines and start to believe “wild sh*t.” This includes things about him and Taylor.
Travis and Taylor have other things to worry about over Kanye West writing their names into songs. Swift had to cancel concerts planned for Vienna when a terrorist plot was uncovered. The government there has already arrested three people, but Taylor canceled the show so no one could get hurt. According to reports, Tracis is “very concerned” about his girlfriend after the incident (via Page Six).
