Duggar: Derick Dillard Hints Jill Will Be Pregnant Soon
Duggar fans know that Jim Bob and Michelle wanted to have a lot of children themselves. They ended up having 19 children total. Now, some of those children are married and starting families of their own. Some of them also share their parents’ values and want to have large families. For this reason, there was a baby boom in 2019. Four babies were born in 2019, and one was born in January 2020. Fans are expecting another baby boom soon.
What’s surprising is that no one has announced a pregnancy yet. This comes as a shock to fans because most of the kids seem to want to have large families, just like their parents did. So, fans are eagerly waiting for another pregnancy announcement. It just hasn’t happened yet. But, Derick Dillard, Jill Duggar‘s husband, has hinted that she might be pregnant soon.

Derick responds to Duggar fans asking about pregnancy
On Twitter, Derick put out a tweet about the coronavirus. In his tweet, he predicted a baby boom in December because everyone is supposed to be social-distancing right now. He thinks that all this time at home will lead to more pregnancies. And, since December is nine months away, there’s a chance that babies will be born around that time.
One of his followers replied and asked, “Is this a hint that you and Jill are expecting? 🙂” To that question, Derick responded, “We’ll see 😉”
So, it’s possible that Duggar fans will see a pregnancy announcement from Jill and Derick soon. Or, maybe he’s just teasing. They may not have plans to have any more children soon.

Derick previously said Jill wouldn’t be getting pregnant in 2019
Jill has previously hinted that she’s not pregnant, despite plenty of reasons for fans to believe she was. Based on Derick’s recent interaction on Twitter, it seems that Jill isn’t currently pregnant. But, there’s a chance that this Duggar couple will add to the December baby boom that Derick is predicting.
In 2019, Derick seemed to be certain that Jill wouldn’t be getting pregnant that year. This led fans to believe that Jill might even be on birth control, which is something that doesn’t fly in the Duggar household. He also added that they want “at least 2” kids. While they didn’t have a baby in 2019, 2020 could be the year for their third child to be born.
They do seem to be doing things differently from the rest of the family. So, maybe they’ll wait a little bit longer.
