Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette isn’t even close to being over. She began her journey with twenty-five suitors. Eleven men remain as the season heads into its fifth episode. Or it could be twelve if she agrees to let her ex-boyfriend join the competition.
Jenn was a guest on Nick Viall’s Viall Files podcast this week to dish what she could about her season so far. The former Bachelor asked Jenn Tran to name her biggest turn-off. She said it was chewing with your mouth open.
That won’t be a problem on the Bachelor franchise shows. As host Jesse Palmer told Jenn in the last episode, no one actually eats on the dinner dates. Why? Jesse said it was banned after his Bachelor season because he was eating too much instead of talking.

Jenn Tran was also asked which of her contestants gave her the “ick,” but she initially refused to answer. When pressed, she did admit that Aaron Erb did something that immediately turned her off. No, she didn’t mean when he gave Devin Strader a book about self-growth. Or when he chose to self-eliminate to pursue his dream of being a fighter pilot.
So, what did Aaron do? His fashion choices left a lot to be desired. Jenn Tran said she was turned off by the pearl necklace Aaron wore.
“I’m just gonna say, pearl necklace was a very interesting choice.”

Aaron Erb is hardly the first Bachelor Nation star with interesting fashion choices. Season 20 Bachelorette contestant Brayden Bowers preferred flamboyant earrings, which he later brought with him to Bachelor In Paradise.
There was a divide among viewers over Aaron Erb’s necklace. According to Us Weekly, he was asked about it on TikTok and had a simple explanation for donning the jewelry: “I just kinda like ’em.”
