The ladies on The View are often criticized for how they approach certain topics. However, it seems that fans have had enough of Sunny Hostin recently. Several people called her out for being “cringe” on the show. Here’s why.

Sunny Hostin Gushes Over Ralph Macchio

Ralph Macchio appeared on The View this week to talk about his show, Cobra Kai. He spoke about the last season of the show and how it was likely time to “land the plane” in the Karate Kid universe.

During the interview, Sunny admittedly had a few awkward moments. She gushed over Ralph, telling him that it was “hard to quit you” with another end in the Karate Kid franchise coming up.

While the interview was interesting for fans to see, many are commenting on something Sunny Hostin did after the show. The official Instagram page for The View shared a clip of an interaction between Sunny and Ralph. Fans didn’t hesitate to share their feelings about how Sunny was acting in the comments.

Sunny Hostin was hanging out with Ralph Macchio following the taping of The View. She appeared to be trying to do the infamous crane kick that The Karate Kid is known for.

The View Fans Are Over Sunny Hostin

The View co-host made several attempts at the crane kick in the video in high heels. She says, “I can do it, I can do it” as Ralph looks on. Sunny doesn’t nail the move in the clip, but the way she was acting has fans cringing and they didn’t hold back in the comments.

One Instagram user commented, “I find Sunny more and more annoying.” Several other people agreed, while another person pointed out, “I think she don’t care!!”

“Always showing off,” another fan wrote, while one person commented, “This show is so cringe and divisive.” One fan even said that Sunny needed to surround herself with people “who will tell you the truth about you.”

“Only one I don’t like is sunny so she thinks she knows more than everybody and she’s such a prude,” yet another fan commented. “She can go away.”

Sunny Hostin was the target of criticism from fans of The View recently for another reason as well. She and Sara Haines were accused of flirting with Shaquille O’Neil when he appeared on the talk show.

Shaq was there to promote Lucky 13, a new game show that he is hosting. It seemed like Sunny and Sara were more focused on being flirtatious than asking him about the show.

“It’s not about you, Sunny,” one person wrote under a clip on Instagram. Another viewer commented, “Sunny thinks she knows everything in her mind.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11 a.m. EST on ABC.

  1. The View hosts are obnoxious and think they are more informed about everything, especially politics. Sunny may be a lawyer, but you can hardly believe it with the way she acts and talks…she’s the worst!l
