Fans Spot Shocking Evidence ‘Bachelorette’ Is Fake

Jenn Tran - The Bachelorette

Recently, The Bachelorette viewers saw something that is difficult to get past. While this season of the show is already a fiasco, some eagle-eyed fans spotted shocking evidence the show is fake.

Trouble Is Brewing

While many people have speculated that shows like The Bachelorette are staged, now fans caught a clue that seems to prove it. During the second episode of Season 21, Jenn Tran’s men are showing their true colors. Although she is desperately trying to refocus them on her, some fans think she deserves a new batch of men. Furthermore, Jenn is getting bits and pieces of the feud brewing amongst the men. But she has figured out there is tension between Aaron Erb and Devin Strader. Additionally, she knows that Thomas Nguyen also has a beef with Devin. But during Aaron’s discussion with Devin, fans see something that makes them believe producers are puppet-mastering the scenes.

Bachelorette Fans Get Deja Vu

The Bachelorette fans think something is very sketchy about this season. Not only are they having Deja Vu from Aaron Erb‘s twin brother Noah Erb’s season, but they also see a producer “plant” that makes them question if anything is real about this reality TV show. As the Season 21 villain emerges, Aaron calls out Devin for stealing Jenn Tran away from the rest of them. Furthermore, fans think Aaron is gaslighting Devin saying he is “supporting him” by offering him a self-help book.

He says, “Honestly, I’m supportive of you and I just wanted to encourage you. I have a little something to give you.” Aaron gives Devin a book to help him address his arrogance. He says, “I brought this with me. It’s my own book. It’s something I’ve read a few times. It’s helped me grow as a person. I want to give it to you because I want to see you win, and if it’s with Jenn, I’m supporting you, if it’s with someone else, I just want to see you do your best.” Fans also see Aaron refer to Devin as “Dylan” multiple times and also call him a “bully.” While Aaron may have been genuine, fans are thinking it was a jerk move to give the book. But when he presents the emotional intelligence book, fans notice something very fishy.

Fans Think Aaron Erb’s Gift Was Scripted

When Aaron Erb slides Devin Strader a copy of a book called Principles for Self Growth: How to Understand Yourself and Gain Emotional Depth by Dr. Brandon O’Conner, fans catch on to the fakery. But it wasn’t just the nod to Noah Erb getting a book from Bennett Jordan in Season 16 that was suspect.

  • One fan says on X, “If I had a nickel for every time one man gives another man a book on emotional intelligence, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice #thebachelorette #bachelorette.”
  • “THE BOOK IS BACK BABY.”

  • At this point the bachelorette franchise has seen more self-help books than most men in America #TheBachelorette.”
  • Another X user adds, “The fact that homeboy PACKED A BOOK to give to someone in Australia #bachelorette #thebachelorette.”

But fans found evidence that makes them believe it is all staged.

Fans Spot Shocking Evidence Bachelorette Is Fake

But the real suspicion that The Bachelorette is fake comes after fans did some homework. While revisiting Noah Erb’s moment with Bennett Jordan seems set up, fans found a bigger issue with the self-help book. When curious fans began to look for Principles for Self Growth by Dr. Brandon O’Conner it appears it doesn’t exist. Furthermore, when searching fans not only found no book by that title, but also no author. As they scoured the internet no online bookstores or author pages exist for O’Conner either. Nor are there publishing details to prove it is real. Additionally, Bachelorette fans build more to the case after noticing that there was a typo on the spine of the book. On its side, the book says “Priciples” instead of “Principles.”

Did Producers Plant The Book?

Undeniably, The Bachelorette producers are suspected of adding many things to the experience to make it entertaining. Although it is possible the entire scene was designed by producers, there may be another explanation. If Aaron Erb had come prepared by packing a book for this very occasion, producers may have replaced the book jacket to avoid legal problems for including it. But it is very strange the author isn’t promoting his materials if it is as good of a book as Aaron believes. Even more so, it would be a great time for him to have some free promotion during the show.

What do you think? Is the book evidence that The Bachelorette is fake? Do you think there is another explanation? Is Aaron misguided or an intentional jerk? Do you think Jenn Tran deserves better? Drop your comments below.
