‘RHOA’ Kim Zolciak’s Family Hit With Another Suit, Daughter Involved
Former RHOA star Kim Zolciak’s family has been hit with another suit and this time, her daughter is involved. The Zolciak-Biermann family has been combatting so many suits and police confrontations. It has been a really rough time for Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann, and their whole family. In the middle of 2022, they faced foreclosure but got out of it. They faced it all over again in early 2023 but, again, dodged that bullet. Kim also owed over $1 million to the IRS and then, she and Kroy filed to end their over-decade-long marriage. This was shocking to everyone who knew them as they always seemed so in love. Plus, they had four kids together while he had adopted Kim’s two older daughters from previous relationships, Ariana, and Brielle.
The couple started to throw accusations at one another though they tried to reconcile but failed. In all of this, Kroy lost his Rolls Royce, Brielle’s Range Rover was repossessed, and the police were called countless times. Now, they have until August 2024 to sell their Georgia mansion or it will go into foreclosure. In the midst of all of this, the police ticketed Kroy for their reckless and “aggressive” dog. Sadly, it has gotten worse, and once again, it is affecting their eldest, Brielle.

According to In Touch Weekly, the twenty-seven-year-old has been sued due to an alleged car accident she was involved in. The person suing her is Philip Gibson and he is claiming the incident occurred on Friday, July 5th. Apparently, Brielle Biermann’s car went in front of him in an attempt to turn:
“In order to avoid crashing into the defendant’s vehicle I had to run onto the roundabout center median, which caused significant damage to my left rear wheel and tire.”
Philip is demanding $750 in damages however there is one big issue. It has been maintained that Brielle has not been in Georgia, where the accident took place, since July 3rd.
A Strain On The Family
This is not what the family needs right now as they are undergoing all of their financial issues. They are already struggling to make ends meet and try to get their Georgia mansion unloaded before it hits foreclosure. Plus, Kim Zolciak’s new reality series, Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets begins July 23rd on MTV. The preview showed Kim and Tom Hanks’ son, Chet flirting. Then, they are seen sneaking off into a bedroom together while she maintains she will be getting a divorce when she goes home. So, there is a lot on the family’s plate and Brielle’s alleged accident is the last thing they need.
