Bachelor In Paradise Returns After Disastrous Season 9
Bachelor In Paradise Season 9 kicked off in September 2023 with high hopes for the Bachelor and Bachelorette rejects to find love on the beach in Mexico. After all, Season 7 spawned several relationships that resulted in marriage, including Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs.
However, the season turned out to be a hot mess with fighting between the women and relationships like musical chairs. Despite the troubles, Season 9 ended in two engagements and one couple leaving the beach in a relationship.
One of the engaged couples was Kat Izzo and John Henry Spurlock. But within days of the season finale airing, all three couples announced they had since broken up. When ABC announced its fall 2024 schedule, BIP was notably absent. Fans were convinced that the network had quietly canceled the show following the failed season.
But in a surprising move, ABC revealed earlier this month that Bachelor In Paradise is returning next year. Fans already have a dream cast list drawn up.
Kat Izzo Hard Launches New Boyfriend With Sweet Photo
Since the end of her engagement, Kat Izzo has kept a low profile about her romantic life.
So, it was quite a surprise for her followers when she took to Instagram on July 16 to reveal her new boyfriend. She posted a series of photos and videos announcing the relationship.
“Just as surprised as you are,” she captioned the social media post.

Was It An Open Secret?
Kat Izzo didn’t tag her new man in the photo, causing a few comments asking who he was. He was quickly identified as Zac Copper.
While Kat Izzo said the relationship took her by surprise, some of the comments from Bachelor Nation alums indicate that the relationship was an open secret.
Charity Lawson wrote, “I approve x1000 welcome to the looney toon fam.” Another comment read, “The hard launch we’ve all been waiting for!!”
Zac Copper took to the comments to joke, “Is it too late for a restraining order?”
Several of Kat Izzo’s followers commented on how happy she looks with her new man.
Her ex, John Henry Spurlock, has yet to go Instagram official with a new love since his engagement to Kat ended.
