To commemorate her major slimming down achievement, Liz Woods recently showed off in a tiny black bikini. Judging by the amount of skin she was comfortable showing off, she seems more than happy with where she is, both on the scale and currently in her life.
Along with dropping over 50 pounds since beginning this slimming journey, Liz seems to be in a better place mentally as well, as she said that she “found herself” again after everything she has been through.
