Mob Wives star Drita D’Avanzo has broken her silence regarding Renee Graziano’s near-fatal overdose. Renee shared her experience of having an accidental fentanyl overdose last year. “I died in a restaurant in Florida,” she told Bunnie. “I was dead, intubated for three days. No one in my family came to the hospital and I spent nine days there learning how to walk again. That was it for me.” She sought out help from a recovery center in November.
On Friday, March 8, she revealed that she was four months sober on Instagram. “I’m A GOAT !!!!!!! Now Whatcha All Gonna Say About That,” she captioned the post.
Drita D’Avanzo Wishes Her Mob Wives Co-Star All The Best
It seems like Drita D’Avanzo is ready to set aside any beef she had with Renne Graziano and, in place, offer her support. If she was struggling with addiction as she says, Drita believes Renee deserves all the help she can get rather than constant criticism.
“I don’t like her,” Drita told Us Weekly last week. “However, in capitals, I wish her to find health and peace of mind and don’t wish nothing bad on her.” According to Drita, she was unaware of Renee Graziano’s overdose before sitting down with the publication. They were initially set to discuss Drita’s Mob Wives-inspired dinner party.

“If she’s doing good for her life and trying to get better, I feel very sorry for anybody with an addiction,” Drita further explained. “People will rip her on that and I think it’s really f–king wrong. I don’t like that. Everybody’s got an addiction to something. You could be addicted to coffee. You can be addicted to eating.”
The Mob Wives star continued by pointing out that you can be addicted to just about anything and that there are “millions and millions of addictions.” At the end of the day, she wishes Renee Graziano the best and hopes she does well in recovery.
Drita D’Avanzo and Renee Graziano were on the VH1 series Mob Wives for six years together between 2011 and 2016. The show often filmed some of the dramatic moments in the two women’s relationship.
While Drita says that she doesn’t wish Renee any harm, she made it clear that she isn’t extending an olive branch either. Since the show wrapped, the pair still have not managed to get on good terms. “Do I like the motherf–ker? Hell no,” she said. “You can end it like that. But I don’t wish bad on nobody. I really do wish her well though.”
Both women have been fairly open about the trouble appearing on Mob Wives caused in their lives. Now, Renee is focusing on her sobriety and Drita has teased a scripted series in the works.
