Hannah recently took to Instagram to share her husband’s efforts for Valentine’s Day. According to the soon-to-be mother of two, Jeremiah flew her with a helicopter and spent quality time in what seemed to be a lake. “You plan the best surprises and I absolutely love doing life with you!! Happy Valentine’s Day, my Jer! Thank you for making today so special,” she captioned. But many Counting On fans from Reddit were caught off-guard by the location Jeremiah Duggar chose for the romantic day.
