90 Day: The Single Life brought back John McManus who appeared in 90 Day Fiance‘s Season 9. Recall, that he’s the brother of Patrick Mendes. He hooked up with Meghan after she slid into his DMs, and current chatter is about whether he went to Texas to be closer to her, and whether they tied the knot.

John McManus Is A Party Person, Will He Settle Down?

TLC fans either love or hate Meghan’s man. Those who love him like seeing him back on the spinoffs. Meanwhile, some 90 Day Fiance fans feel that he is way too immature for a permanent relationship. And from what people see, he just wants intimacy with Meghan the Texan rather than a lasting relationship. Plus, critics think he’s stringing Meghan a long story because he has no interest in kids, but Meghan raises a child.

While she wants John McManus to relocate from LA to Texas, Meghan only dated him for about five months when she started raising her demands. Many critics feel that his partying ways don’t bode well for a family unit and even Patrick warned her that he wasn’t ready for it. However, it’s not known if he made a permanent move to Texas. Some TLC fans suspect the 90 Day: The Single Life star might be there, but keeping it secret.

Did Meghan Get Her Man To Marry Her?

A sharp-eyed 90 Day Fiance fan spotted a ring on John’s finger and posted it on Reddit along with a caption:

Hello, is this a wedding band? I think we might’ve gotten a preview they didn’t intend to give us.

In the comments, 90 Day Fiance fans seemed divided over whether it was a big thing for John McManus to wear a ring if it wasn’t a wedding band.

  • It’s on his left hand on ring finger! I can’t make out any detail on it. That is a good catch, if he didn’t talk with his hands we would have missed it. 😂😂
  • It looks like a silicone band. Not sure why you’d wear that if you’re not married.
  • Men like John don’t wear casually jewelry about the hands like Mrs Roper, that plus men don’t wear engagement rings. Continuity slip and good eye whomever caught that!
  • It’s an Oura ring. The sizing is kinda all over the place and sometimes you need to move fingers. I have one that I move around from my index to ring on either hand. I’ve seen him wear it before on his index.
  • That is 💯a wedding ring!!!
