According to the Hallmark Channel schedule, The Way Home Season 1 marathon airs on Sunday, December 31. This New Year’s Eve marathon starts at 10 a.m., Eastern. This will run all day, with the tenth episode ending at 8 p.m., Eastern.
That means there is plenty of time to go out and celebrate the New Year, after the ten-hour marathon.
The Way Home is about three generations of Landry women. They include Del (Andie MacDowell), her granddaughter Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow), and Alice’s mom/Del’s daughter Kat (Chyler Leigh). The three generations of women privately deal with a tragedy that has haunted them for 20 years.
However, Alice may have uncovered a way for them to change the past. Can they change the past and bring back loved ones?
When Does The Way Home Season 2 Premiere?
The premiere of The Way Home Season 2 is on Sunday, January 21, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, Peacock subscribers can watch up to 72 hours after the premiere.
Also, Hallmark Movies Now subscribers can stream each new episode the day after the premiere. This is a major change from Season 1 when fans had to wait until Thursday to watch. Now, there is less of a chance for spoilers. Also, this method means no commercials.
What Should Fans Expect In The Next Season Of The Hallmark Series?
According to TV Line, The Way Home Season 2 will continue where Season 1 left off. That is “with Kat exclaiming to Del that she knows what happened to Jacob.” However, Hallmark shared more about Kat’s quest to find her little brother.
As Kat continues her quest to find Jacob and bring him home, mother and daughter uncover unexpected revelations about their origins that bring answers to some questions while new ones are raised.”
