However, new details are emerging that have fans questioning whether they were ever a real couple at all.
Reality Steve talked about Aaron and Eliza’s relationship as well as John Henry and Kat Izzo’s. He said only one of those two relationships was real. According to Steve, he received credible information from sources that said once Aaron and Eliza got engaged on the beach they were already basically not a couple.
At the end of the finale, ABC showed a short update which indicated that Aaron and Eliza were having issues but trying to work through them. They also had issues while on the show. At this point, it’s unclear why they even got engaged.
Steve noted that from the time they got engaged to the time they ended, it was not long. He’s not sure if they even ever tried to be a real couple once the show ended. Eliza reportedly went back to Germany while Aaron was based in San Diego.
So far neither Eliza nor Aaron have said anything about the things being said about their relationship or lack of.
John Henry and Kat Izzo
On the other hand, Steve said that John Henry Spurlock and Kat Izzo were a real couple. They were very into each other. However, John ended things because he wanted to work more overseas and she wanted to move to San Diego.
John Henry had been planning on going to San Diego with her. However, deep into the planning process he changed his mind and pulled the plug on their plans.
Since their career paths were not aligning, they decided to just give up and call off their engagement. Both still speak highly of each other.
