Chrystal quickly followed Dr. Now’s strict diet and exercise programs. She was able to shed enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery. In just eight months, the My 600-lb Life alum dropped 113 pounds. The surgeon even praised her progress as one of the best he had ever seen. Her last reported weight was 498 lbs. She still had a lot to work on after her episode. But Chrystal continued to pursue her physical goals, and she’s looking a lot better today.
Chrystal Continues To Impress After The Show
Chrystal has been in touch with the fans regarding her weight loss program. In June 2022, she shared the stunning progress of her journey. Furthermore, the former My 600-lb Life star impressed many with her unrecognizable photo in August. She has also been able to travel a lot with her family. It also appears that she no longer needs oxygen after dropping significant pounds.
Chrystal Rollins has yet to share her current weight. But it’s clear to see that she was able to shed more pounds years after her episode. She previously revealed being in a relationship. However, she never shared who her significant other was. Regardless, many are cheering for the TLC alum’s new life.

Aside from losing weight, Chrystal also went through some heartbreaks this year. In October, the My 600-lb Life alum shared the heartbreaking news of her sister’s passing due to cancer. She also set up a fundraiser to help pay for the cremation of her sibling. She also took to social media in the same month to share that she’s going for an emotional break after all the stressful things that happened this year. “Praying and time alone with my kids an family here. To those I haven’t seen in forever I love yall. Beback in a while,” she added.
