Kendall Jenner is surrounded by a handful of powerful females. Her mother, Kris Jenner is a master momager who has launched the KarJenner family to immense fame. Next up is her oldest sister, Kourtney Kardashian. Even in her third trimester, she launched a new gummy for her wellness company which she is promoting. Then, there is Kim Kardashian who has amassed an empire, so much so that she has her own private plane. Following Kim is Khloe Kardashian who has her own clothing line and is always showing off collaborations on social media. Finally, Kendall’s younger sister, Kylie Jenner has had a makeup line that has set her and her family up for life.

They are everywhere yet Kendall Jenner keeps herself lowkey. She is a sought-after model with a tequila company yet she is not in everyone’s face about it. More so, she has not branched out into beauty which had some people wondering. So, why does she do this? Finally, a Reddit thread was started to address this. The OP wrote this: “Why is Kendall Jenner not interested in starting her own beauty brand like sisters Kylie and Kim Kardashian?” It’s a fair question as they have both had success.

Redditors immediately chimed in, saying that they don’t need more beauty brands and there are enough. Another noted that she is too busy with her tequila line. Plus, they liked that she did something on the opposite spectrum than her sisters. One commented that Kendall is rarely seen wearing much makeup so it would not make sense. It was a big deal when she dyed her hair red for a runway show and had to hide out so no one would see her.

Should She Do More?

Her sisters have branched out with their brands so should Kendall Jenner maybe doing more? She has the name recognition to go along with anything she wants to. It seems she is just fine sitting where she is. One Redditor noted this: “She’s actually been the highest paid model since Giselle retired in 2013/2014. I believe she made over $40 mill from modeling last year according to Forbes…” That’s a pretty penny so if she wants to stay away from the beauty brands and leave that to her sisters, more power to her.
