Danielle and Adam Busby have broken their silence about their return to TLC’s OutDaughtered. Now, the couple is adding more details to the conversation and sharing about their decision to continue filming. So, what have they said? Keep reading for all of the details.
OutDaughtered is returning for another season.
Last week, TLC revealed that the Busbys are coming back for another jam-packed season of their reality TV series. The first episode will air on July 11, so it’s just over a month away. In the first trailer, there is plenty of chaos in the Busby house. Things even get intense between Adam and Danielle as he calls her a “control freak.”
After TLC shared the new season announcement, the couple took to Instagram to share the good news with their fans. But until now, they had not spilled too much about the new season or their big decision.
Danielle & Adam Busby break their silence.
Now, Danielle and Adam have shared a new YouTube video with fans. They sat down in their backyard and chatted with fans for 30 minutes about their decision to return to TLC. In the video, they explained that they considered quitting the show and at times, they thought they would never be back on TLC. After COVID and all of the dysfunction that ensued while filming their last season, they decided it was time for a break. They hit pause on filming and also took a break from many other projects and obligations. They focused on their family and rested during this time.
In the video, the OutDaughtered stars explained that they later fasted with their church, and during that time, they focused on prayer. Both Adam and Danielle felt that God was leading them to go back on their show. It sounds like they spent a lot of time thinking, praying, and talking before they decided to move forward with the new season.
A couple of days after making this decision, the couple received a call from TLC and agreed to begin filming again. Because it had been two years since their show last aired, they had to work on their contracts and agreements once again. It sounds like things are better than before, especially because the couple has taken on new roles as executive producers.
So, are you glad to hear that OutDaughtered is back for another season? What do you hope to see from Danielle and Adam Busby’s family in the new season?
