On social media this week, Kelly Jo gave fans an honest look into her life as a mother and grandmother. She revealed just how much she has on her mind these days and how it’s affecting her. As TV Shows Ace reported, Isaiah Bates graduated from Crown College this week. On social media, several family members gave him a shoutout and applauded all of his hard work.
Amid all of the excitement surrounding his graduation, Kelly Jo revealed she slipped up. She shared a photo of Isaiah holding a six-pack of root beer and a card from Lawson and Tiffany Bates. Then, she said that they reminded her to buy a gift and that it’s on her to-do list. She promised that he has a “gift on the way” and apologized.
Then, she posted a photo of Carlin Bates with Isaiah and thanked her daughter for hosting a “last-minute after grad pizza party.”

However, others think it’s pretty bad that she would forget to get her son a graduation gift and card. Plus, they didn’t plan the pizza party or any type of celebration for his accomplishment. They pulled it together last minute, based on her post. This is a huge moment for him, so fans feel that it speaks volumes about her priorities and about how she cares for her kids.
