‘The View’ Fans School ‘Uncultured’ Joy Behar

The View fans slammed Joy Behar for being “uncultured.” They took to social media to school her on it. The incident took place during the live broadcast of the daytime talk show. Ana Navarro celebrated her 51st birthday during a recent broadcast of The View. She shared her culture with her co-hosts. They feasted on food from her native country of Nicaragua. Fans aren’t happy with some of the remarks that Joy Behar made.

Ana celebrated her 51st birthday in grand style. She wore a dramatic all-black outfit and dangle heart-shaped earrings. Ana also had the panel eat some of the food from Central America. The View fans found Joy “rude” when she asked about one of the dishes.

“What is this potato thing?” the comedian asked.

“It’s a tortilla,” Ana shared.

“Is it supposed to be cold? Cause it’s cold,” Joy said.

“Yes, it’s supposed to be cold,” Sunny Hostin assured her.

The rest of the panel laughed. Ana didn’t find the joke funny. The View fans shared their thoughts on the awkward segment on Twitter. Most of them called out Joy for being rude about Ana’s culture. Others called her uncultured.

“Joy is kinda asking about the food like that earlier. ‘What is this? Is it supposed to be cold?’ etc,” one fan wrote.

“Joy has no culture or fourth,” another said.

That’s not all that happened during Ana Navarro’s happy occasion. Later in that same broadcast of The View, she called out Joy for using a “judgemental tone.” She shared that her actual birthday was on December 28. Ana spent the day going to her favorite drag lunch in Miami.

Ana went with her friend Gloria Estefan. The two played a game of pickleball. Then they “drank and sang and partied” back at home “like it was 1999,” she joked. Joy wanted to how many drinks she had. Ana told her that she doesn’t “like the judgemental tone.”

“I’m not judging. I was just asking because I know you love a margarita,” Joy said.

“Yeah, and a tequila and a rose,” Ana responded.

Joy said “Okay” as the panel laughed off the awkward moment. Ana shared some of her birthday celebrations with The View fans on social media about a week ago. They love interacting with the newcomer on her Instagram page.
