Fans Slam Kim Kardashian For Hiring Pianist To Wake Her Kids
Kim Kardashian recently made an interesting social media post. Now, fans all over the internet dragging her for it. The post was a video from her Instagram Stories that showed her house at Christmas with piano music playing in the background.
The fact this was a live award-winning pianist playing personally to wake up Kim K’s kids. This sent the internet over the edge. Here is what you need to know.
Kim Kardashian hires pianist to wake up kids
In the video on her Instagram Stories, Kim showed off her living room with a giant Christmas tree in the background. It also showed Psalm on the couch, curled up under a blanket, while her other kids yelled in the background. However, the big thing is that this wasn’t music from Spotify or the radio. This was Grammy-winning pianist Philip Cornish, who Kim pays to come to her house and play Christmas music to wake up her kids during the holidays.
“It’s that time of year,” Kim wrote on the screen of the video. “@Philthekeys comes over every morning to wake my kids up by playing the piano while the mad morning rush is happening to calm their little souls and fill it with beautiful Christmas songs.”
This was all it took for people to leap up to mock Kim for this over-the-top celebration. Amanda Hirsch of Not Skinny But Not Fat mocked the video by posting it on her Instagram account and then switching to her playing a children’s keyboard. Fans on Amanda’s page were relentless with one saying that Kim is “so out of touch, it’s gross.” Another said that posting this online is the “strangest flex.”
One fan said that this was something Kanye West brought into their household and it is a yearly tradition. They then joked that Kim Kardashian might have won Philip in the divorce settlement.

Kim works with the clothing line which recently released promo videos that many believed featured little kids with teddy bears dressed in bondage.
While many celebs attached to the company pushed back or broke away from Balenciaga, Kim Kardashian almost seemed to defend them. She said that she didn’t want to slam the company. Instead, she wanted to talk to them so she could understand what happened. She later said she will “re-evaluate” her relationship with the company since they were willing “to accept accountability for something that should have never happened to begin with.”
