Glistening With Sweat, Jessica Alba Hits Gym Hard In Sports Bra
Jessica Alba broke out a sweat as she hit the gym hard in a sports bra. She showed fans how hard she works out at the gym. In fact, Jessica shared her entire workout, which is also part of her self-care routine. The mother of three makes time for it, but it’s no secret that she gets plenty of help.

Jessica Alba opened up about her fitness regimen and diet. She claims that moderation is the key to her success. In her interview with Women’s Health, she admitted the pandemic was a game-changer in her lifestyle.
“I always thought, I need to sweat out my weight in water, I need to have muscle failure, I need to feel like I just ran a marathon — that’s how hard I needed to work out,” Jessica Alba told Women’s Health. “I’ve learned to mix it up and not feel like a failure if I’m not, you know, killing myself. I feel every muscle in my core. I never even knew I had those things.”
The actress was trying to be humble in her interview. However, it’s clear that she has abs. Jessica showed off her six-pack in her recent Instagram video. She also revealed that she eats plant-based foods four days a week.
The stunner also lives a sober life. She doesn’t drink a drop of alcohol during that time. But, she’ll go crazy on the weekend, starting Fridays. Jessica would rather live her life in moderation than restrict herself. This has allowed the 41-year-old to find balance in her life.
Jessica Alba shows fans her workout
On Sunday, July 24, Jessica Alba shared her workout with her followers. She started by filming herself in a gray sports bra with matching leggings. The Honest Beauty founder finished off her look with pastel-colored sneakers. She started her workout with Russian twists on a medicine ball.
Next, Jessica perfected up-and-down planks while maintaining her posture. She also three a 12-pound medicine ball towards the ground. It must’ve been abs day because she did a few rounds of elbow planks on each side. She finished off her workout with chest raises and deadlifts.
