Jeopardy! host Mayim Bialik is having major beef with viewers once again. They’re bothered by her latest actions. The fill-in host has already caused controversy for the way she multitasks during the show. Fans don’t think Bialik can handle how the game is played.

Jeopardy! fans notice a “disappointing” change

In a recent episode, Jeopardy! fans noticed a “disappointing” change in the beloved game show. They’re already annoyed with some of the other changes that Mayim Bialik made. The actress took over as full-time host of the show when Ken Jennings went on an extended hiatus. He’s expected to return by July.

Once again, Jeopardy! fans are slamming Bialik for not slowing down the pace of the game. They noticed that she struggles to keep up with the production. Viewers noticed that the Big Bang Theory actress is slow when revealing the answers to the contestants. She is also behind when she interacts with them during the Q&A portion.

It was apparent during Thursday’s episode of Jeopardy! Some of the viewers took to Twitter to tell Mayim Bialik to move it along. They realized that she was slow with her responses. This is the one thing that fans can’t stand about the former Blossom star.

Bialik takes long pauses so she can get direction from the producers. She doesn’t want to make any major mistakes. The actress is just trying to be extra cautious. However, fans think it slows down the pace of the game.

  • “Oh my goodness with these long pauses from @missmayim lord have mercy!!”
  • “Contestant answers………….. Mayim: that is correct.”
  • “I know I keep saying it but Mayim Bialik is not a good host of #Jeopardy. She’s slow and consistently leaves clues on the board and she has no charisma!”

Others have called for the show to “fire” the Hollywood star. Mayim Bialik was one of the many celebrities who stepped in as a guest host. Now it’s just done to two: Mayim Bialik and Ken Jennings.

Calling for Mayim Bialik’s firing

The cries for her firing have gotten louder on social media. Longtime Jeopardy! viewers want Mayim Bialik fired for her many mistakes. Many assumed that Jennings would’ve ended up with the full-time position. Since the two ended up sharing hosting duties, some thought she should get fired.

  • “Why is Mayim Bialik hosting Jeopardy again?”
  • “Please, Jeopardy, I beg of you: name Ken Jennings as host immediately and stop this Mayim Bialik force.”
  • “Mayim Bialik has been hosting Jeopardy on and off for about a year and still sucks at hosting. Remarkable stuff.”

    2. ABSOLUTELY MAKE KEN THE HOST…PERMANENTLY,! I am soooo sick of her attempt at being funny…we don’t watch the show for laughs, we watch for intelligence and information. Get rid of her or I will quit watching PERIOD. I agree nobody will ever be an ALEX , but Ken does come close,

  2. I like Mayim but I agree she does slow the game down with her silly comments. Her twisting and turning is also distracting. I don’t like Ken Jennings he is very dry but he is a better host of this show. NO ONE WILL EVER REPLACE ALEX TREBECK!!!

  3. I really like Mayim as the host of Jeopardy….I for one like her sense of humor and her honesty way more than Ken Jennings. I say leave her alone and quit bashing her..is it because she’s a woman???? because of her faith???? her beliefs she’s spoken about. come on..nothing bad here…just because you may be of a different faith or have a different opinion should have absolutely NOTHING to do with Jeopardy!!!! Mayim does an excellent job and brings her own style and flare to the game..please keep it up and make her the permanent host. Ken is fine too..I just much prefer Mayim

  5. She gets thru most questions easily nights, better than Ken did… Ppl look for fault in mayim but let Ken be a judgey constantly condescending twat as if t’s adorable, period. She is perfect in her humor and warmth, and if ppl need to rip her for belatedly correcting an unacceptable answer AND taking time to actually avoid that happening again, their complaints cancel each other out, stop whining, she’s a wonderful Alex

  6. I have been saying this from start . it’s not that she is a woman either. I detect”uppity I’m smarter than you “condescending tone when she tell them it’s correct answer but gotta add her extra 2cents in with just slight more detail to the answer when it’s not needed whatsoever. she reads answer quickly but does long pause to tell them yea or nay on question. also noticed few times the actual answer even though it still works she auto decides its correct or not without judges ruling. She gotta go because she wearing me out.

    1. I totally agree about her uppity ways, she answers like “what’s the matter are u stupid”, it’s easy to be smug when the answers are right in your hand!!!

  8. Mayim SUCKS. It’s not that she’s a woman; it’s her performance. Ken Jennings was great, just like Alex, and Ken is who Alex wanted for the show once he died. But nobody seems to care about Alex’s requests, now that he’s passed on, unfortunately.
    There are MANY problems with Mayim. She is so boring that I don’t watch Jeopardy anymore because of her. Mayim is too slow; she goes into too much detail by explaining the history about questions instead of moving onto the next one; she does the job wrong by telling someone that they are correct when the answer is wrong too often; and much more.
    Please fire her and hire Ken Jennings as the permanent host!
    Plus, why are they unkind towards Ken Jennings by saying that he is the “Guest Host” while they only say “Host” for the annoying one, Mayim?

    Ken J earned the right to host the show and has done a much better job overall.
