‘Temptation Island’ Host Mark Walberg ‘Disappointed’ With Taylor Patrick

Temptation Island host Mark L. Walberg broke his silence on Taylor Patrick’s situation with Ash Lamiroult. The two met during their time on the island. Ash initially tried out for the show with her former boyfriend Hania Stocker. She took interest in Taylor early on in her journey.

The two appeared to have made a connection. They even consummated their relationship in the bedroom. Hania didn’t like seeing the two growing close during the bonfires. Yet, he was in denial and felt that Ash wanted him back. He even proposed to Ash during the final bonfire.

During the Temptation Island Season 4 reunion, Ash revealed that Taylor ghosted her. In fact, he went as far as to give her a fake phone number. This came as a shock to both fans and her ex-boyfriend, Hania. At first, Taylor and Ash had an explosive connection during the past four weeks.

Fans loved the way that Taylor treated her. Others noticed whenever he kissed her by gripping her face. They think they overlooked that red flag. It must’ve been since Taylor was not that into her.

Temptation Island fans took to Twitter to express their thoughts. Most of them were shocked that Taylor ghosted Ash. They were convinced that the two were meant to be together. Even Ash was surprised by Taylor’s reaction.

Fans have been rooting for Ash to find love outside her relationship with Hania. She revealed that the two have become friends. Ash still talks to Hania to this day. But, she has no interest in getting back with him. Hania said he’s working on himself to become a better person.

The Blast took to social media to get Mark Walberg’s thoughts on Taylor ghosting Ash. He had a lot to say about the situation. The outlet asked him if he expected Taylor to act like this. Mark shared which emoji he would’ve used as a response.

“I would’ve become the rolling eyes emoji,” the Temptation Island host said toldThe Blast. “Ash is a lot. I adore Ash, by the way. I really, really, as you can see, have a sweet spot in my heart for her. But she’s a lot.”

Despite what he said, Mark claims that he “loves people who are a lot.” Unlike the fans, he wasn’t surprised that Taylor didn’t want a relationship outside the island. However, he is “disappointed” in the surfer boy. If he could, Mark would sit Taylor down and have a face-to-face conversation with him.

“I mean I’d say this straight to him, with all the love in the world, but come on, man. Have a conversation,” Mark continued. “So yeah, I had the same reaction to that, and I don’t understand it.”

The Temptation Island host noted that Ash made revelations about Taylor that didn’t make the final cut of the show. Ash said things that “freaked him out on their final date.” She explained that she’s a spiritual person.

Ash cleansed herself free from Hania by doing a smudging ritual. She also read Taylor’s palm during their date. That’s when Taylor realized they weren’t meant to be. While Mark had no issue with their relationship, he was upset with how it was handled.

“We saw parts of Taylor that were strong and wonderful, I was just disappointed,” Mark continued. “I guess that’s such a dad thing to say, ‘I’m not angry at you, I’m just disappointed.'”

Honesty is an important part of any relationship, including short-lived ones. Mark feels that Taylor should’ve been more honest with Ash about his feelings for her. He also feels they should’ve had that conversation on their final date.
