What Is The Bad Seed Returns About?
According to the Lifetime synopsis, Emma (Grace) is a typical 15-year-old teenager. However, she is far from that.
This sequel takes place several years after the original movie, The Bad Seed. In that movie, Emma’s father (Rob Lowe) is murdered.
Now, Emma is living with her Aunt Angela (Morgan). Moreover, she is now navigating high school. But, Angela’s husband Robert (Ayres) starts to get suspicious. He even suggests that Emma get shipped off to boarding school.
Meanwhile, at school, the new girl seems to know an awful lot about Emma. Emma has a lot of secrets, and she doesn’t want anything revealed.
Now, Emma has to do whatever she must to remove her enemies, no matter the cost!

Rob Lowe directs, stars, and is the executive producer of this movie. He took the original 1956 “psychological horror film,” The Bad Seed, but updated it. Patty McCormick played the daughter in the original movie, and was the youngest actress nominated for an award.
According to the synopsis, David (Lowe) is a single father, who seems to have his entire life in control. However, there is a terrible tragedy at his daughter’s school.
Now, he starts to question his beloved daughter Emma (Grace). Emma seems to be the model student and child. But something nags at David. He even begins to wonder if his daughter had something to do with the horrific situation at the school.
When more things happen, David realizes he must do something to stop her from striking again.
