’90 Day Fiance’: Manscaping Gone Wild, Patrick Cleans Up For Thais
Season 9 of 90 Day Fiance starts on April 17th but the cast is already proving to be quite eclectic. Patrick is getting ready for his long-distance love Thais to arrive. Rather than just clean up his place for her, he does a little something else. If viewers remember Big Ed Brown, it may give them some flashbacks to one of his pastimes he did to charm the ladies.
Meet 90 Day Fiance Couple Patrick And Thais
Patrick and Thais have an interesting love story. He was headed to Brazil to be with some family. When he realized he did not exactly know Portuguese, he decided to seek out a teacher. He opted to find said teacher via a dating app. That was where he met Thais and they formed a connection. However, he resides in Texas and she is based in Brazil. Therefore, he continued to make trips back to Brazil to see Thais. His key to winning her over was to buy her gifts and such.
Eventually, he went out on a limb and proposed to his Brazilian love and she accepted. Now, she is giving up her life to move to Texas to be with Patrick. Unfortunately, there are going to be a few snags along the way. The first one is the fact that he was married once before. This means he has some unresolved issues that he cannot get over. It may impact his relationship and future marriage with Thais. Secondly, he has a grooming situation he is dealing with. Could this be reminiscent of Big Ed and his Nair moments?
Patrick Gets Glam
To prepare for Thais arrival, Patrick decides it is time for him to get pretty. In the clip for the new season of 90 Day Fiance, the groom-to-be is sharing how he prepared for his fiancee’s arrival. He explains he got a haircut, lost some weight, got a tan, and even got his back waxed. Some viewers may remember that prior to Big Ed Brown heading to see Rosemarie in the Philippines, he had a similar grooming routine. Not only did he color his hair but he doused it in mayo and used Nair to get the hair off of his body. His mother often assisted in the process.
Fans who saw this clip immediately had things to say: “This dude ready to go LOL,” one commented. Another added: “Good grief I sense regret and bad decisions coming for this couple.” There were a lot of people saying “ewww” and feeling like he was a red flag. If he is the one buying her love then it might be the other way around.
