‘The Bachelorette’ Spoilers: Format, Locations & Surprising Accommodations
The Bachelorette 2022 featuring Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia kicked off Saturday night in Los Angeles. Limo entrances happened at The Bachelor mansion as they have in the past. Now that they are nearly through the first week of filming, Reality Steve has some dirt on the format, locations and surprising accommodations for this season. Keep reading to find out more.
The Bachelorette format and more
Reality Steve went to his blog Thursday morning to share what he has been able to dig up regarding The Bachelorette. Fans have been wondering how this season would work since there are two women. Fans speculated that perhaps each woman would be given a certain number of guys. Today, Steve cleared up all the speculation and rumors.
According to Steve, Gabby and Rachel will both be dating all the men. Since Steve reported that two men were eliminated prior to night one, it appears there were 33 men to kick off night one. He also noted that while normally 7 or 8 men are sent home at the end of the first night, he doesn’t believe that to be the case this season.
As for how the dates will work, Steve shared that each week there will be one group date that both Gabby and Rachel will go on. Then, each lady will get a one-on-one date. Rachel’s first date was Tuesday and Gabby’s date was Wednesday. No details yet on who was with them or what they did.
Locations the ladies will be traveling to
According to Steve, the third episode will begin filming tomorrow, Friday. They will have another group date and then a one-on-one both Saturday and Sunday. Monday will be rose ceremony number three. Then, the ladies and their men will jet off to Europe.
They will arrive in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. This is where there is another first introduced into the franchise. It was thought to just be a rumor but has now been confirmed by Reality Steve.
Gabby and Rachel along with the rest of the cast and crew will load up on the Virgin Voyage cruise. This will be their transportation and lodging while in Europe.
Once leaving the United Kingdom, the ship will dock in Le Havre, France. Therefore, Episode 4 will be in France as previously reported. Next, Episode 5 will lead them to Bruges, Belgium. Following that stop, Episode 6 will be in Amsterdam. Then, they all head back to the United States to get ready for hometowns.
How will hometowns work this season?
Steve shared how hometowns will work this season. Fans have had many thoughts and speculation on it. However, that all seemed to be wrong. Many thought each girl would get two hometowns. Steve says that is not the case.
Gabby and Rachel will each get three or four hometown dates each. They will have split crews and each of them will be filming on the same days in different locations.
