‘Married At First Sight’ Not Airing New Episode, Why?
Season 14 has been deemed as one of the most dramatic Married at First Sight seasons to date. Many fans have expressed their dislike for some of the matches the experts found. Still, fans follow faithfully as Season 14 continues. However, it seems there will not be a new episode airing on March 23, 2022. Why?
Why a new episode of Married at First Sight won’t air tonight
Fans won’t be getting a new episode from Season 14 of Married at First Sight. Instead, viewers can get caught up on all the episodes as a day-long marathon airs on Lifetime. This will all lead up to the new special The Journey So Far: Boston.
According to the synopsis, host Kevin Frazier will join experts to discuss all the drama that has occurred during the first half of the season. They will predict which couples will make it past decision day. Plus, fans will get to see clips from the rest of Season 14. Will the panel of experts change their predictions after seeing the clips? Fans will have to tune in and find out.
The new special will air Wednesday night on Lifetime at 8 PM Eastern.
Season 14 so far
One of the worst brides, as deemed by fans, has emerged from Season 14. Fans met Alyssa during the first few weeks of the show. She instantly did not feel an attraction to her new husband Chris.
She didn’t even spend their wedding night in the same room. Their honeymoon didn’t go any better. So, finally, when she refused to move in with him following the honeymoon, Chris opted for a divorce.
Of course, Chris and Alyssa are not the only drama-filled couple. Lindsey and Mark both have their issues as well. Many fans believe per Screenrant Mark feels trapped and this is why he won’t leave Lindsey.
There’s even wife-to-wife drama with Lindsey and Katina butting heads. While it seems Lindsey is being nicer, most believe these two can ever be friends.
Then of course there is Olajuwon yelling at Katina for having a dating app. The drama is thick with Season 14.
While tonight will be a special to get fans caught up and allow experts to weigh in, next week will be back to regularly scheduled new episodes.
All-new episodes air Wednesday nights on Lifetime.
If anyone knows someone interested in joining Married at First Sight, the new Nashville season is currently casting.

i wish they would do a show for divorced people who want to marry again at first sight , i would jump in with both feet,im 59 soon and hoping to be remarried someday before its to late
I agree. I’ve been married for 30 years and would enjoy watching a series of Married at First Sight with people my own age.
Won’t happen it doesn’t fit the viewing demographic. I was involved in taping the original love connection and the ratings tanked with older people. Older people generally don’t have bitchy little hissy fit fights, are immature, whiney and people want to hear and hopefully see some kink (they never will but are teased to that possibility) about younger peoples sex as number one of why they use kids. No one wants to see older people make out, any beach activity in swimsuits especially unless they are a 60 year old that looks 30, even Swartzenegger doesn’t look good. People are superficial and want titillation. Also they producers match antagonistic couples frequently no matter what they say..Love Connection was even more of a crap shoot with out “experts” we’d just throw pics on a big table and go….”ok these 2 look dorky and throwing these 2 on the panel” “oh she’s hot, find me 3 bodybuilders/surfers for 1st set Tuesday”. Nope don’t do that guy there, he looks like he’s a librarian that eats boogers and don’t match him with the hottie stripper or model”. It went that way all the time and we’d separate them in different confined rooms with loads of junk food to creat anxiety so when they taped the “livestock” we called them would come out wired and ready to unload boath barrels…the ratings went up when they didn’t get along. If they did get along the only good ratings were if it involved steamy sex… even though demographics change with more older boomers now, sex sells. It’s the only reason they watch real housewives shows. They have money and some looks but effed up their lives same for that Darcy and her sister who are a network joke. Network knows everyone is laughing but all these new shows can stir up Soc media and it equals ratings. Older people dating,,,,,,not even
I was rather disappointed to not see the 4 married couples. I watched Kevin and the expert guest for a short while then realized that it would be all there would be! Personally, I feel it was unnecessary because the viewer has their own opinion and not interested in listening to the “experts.”
This season is not going so well all the couples don’t seem to be matched very well. I think they should swap. Alajauan and Jasmina since the treat the spouces with no respect. Michael and Katina since they are given 100% to the marriage
Mark and Lindsey could make she is just. outspoken mark can’t handle it Noi needs her dog in his own bed and Steve needs a job with benefits
Exactly what I was thinking. Except for Mark and Lindsey and they seem to do good untill they get with the others . Yes she says it like she sees it and I Love that about her . Mark needs to pay attention before he loses her . Cause she does seem to really Love him and care. But I think they all could make it if they’d stop acting like it should be perfect. I was glad Chris finally stopped letting little Miss cry baby run thing’s She was gone from day one . But when your Mom tells you to try lol you know it’s a problem. Can’t wait to see how this season goes.
I would like to see through no matter what, just because it not going well that why they have this show why wast our time
If there aren’t going to be new episodes regularly – it’s time to stop watching There are too many other shows on television that I could be watching, that would have an episode every week. I don’t want to watch the after party because, there’s no episode this week.
Every season it becomes more apparent the experts aren’t doing their job or intentionally matching people for maximum conflict.
This used to be an inspirational show. Now, I feel so badly for the participants who are matched with someone who doesn’t match their physical ideal.
Watching their dream collapse and them be humiliated is not appealing to me.
How could ‘experts’ not remove these people or match them with their ‘dream’.
Who wants to build a life when someone who is unemployed?
Involved with someone else?
Really, these are not minor issues.
Come on experts, stop going for drama and do your job.
Honestly I feel like this season is the least dramatic. The Steve thing is obviously overblown. He started he got a package when he left his job. I’m guessing he is not struggling for money and consulting work is lucrative.
They keep bringing up the same crap instead of moving on. I don’t like the scraper stuff they have started putting in. It’s fake and really not necessary.
I guess it is true that you don’t know someone until your married still if the experts are in fact experts why on earth can’t they tell if someone can’t stand to touch another person or if they have employment or if they are prone to anger. They have picked out some nasty acting people to be matched up to nice people. How horrible.
Bring Jamie Otis back…stop with Kevin Frasier and the experts. We can form our own opinions
Loving this season and Kevin is an exciting host , who ask direct probing questions.
Yes it would be nice to see ppl my own age on this show im 63 been single for 19yrs I guess after my last relationship I haven’t find the right one to hard to many scammers and lies well I guess its better to be single then to get into the wrong relationship
Can we do “Love at First Sight : Golden Edition”
Please Consider
I believe everyone has some valid points. But again I don’t think they do a thorough background check mental health is important and trying to match your desire mate to the best of their ability. Yes and more seasoned show would work 50 and over married at first sight. And yes you need will question Kevin does a great job you don’t need nobody babysitting them women and men you need to tell them the truth they are grown people!! I see a lot of borderline behavior anger management ADHD alcoholism. Searching for love and you don’t even love yourself or even know what love is.It is impossible to love someone and you don’t even love yourself. Hey Pastor K I would like to be part of your team put me on the team.!
