Multiple RHOSLC stars in legal trouble
Housewives and their spouses facing lawsuits is nothing new. RHOBH star Erika Jayne found herself entangled in a lawsuit involving estranged husband Tom Girardi. That lawsuit alleges that the famous lawyer used law firm settlement money to fund his and Erika’s extravagant lifestyle.
RHOSLC star Jen Shah is facing charges of wire fraud. The events leading up to her arrest played out on Season 2 of the Bravo show. Additionally, Mary Cosby was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, per People magazine.
Now it turns out that Whitney Rose’s husband, Justin Rose, is also facing legal woes.
Why Whitney Rose’s husband is getting sued
The husband of the RHOSLC cast often feature on the show as sounding boards. Whitney has been open about the fact that her relationship with now-husband Justin Rose began as an affair. However, after she got pregnant, they left their respective spouses and married.
It’s clear on the Bravo show that Justin is wealthy. A new lawsuit alleges that his wealth is from a money scheme.
Meaww reports that Justin’s job is “chief sales officer of a dietary supplements company called LifeVantage.” In fact, during the episode airing on Sunday, December 12, Whitney’s husband sported a LifeVantage t-shirt.
The outlet reveals that the lawsuit stems from allegations that the company is a money scam. “Distributors really can only make money by bringing in new Distributors – a classic pyramid scheme.,” the lawsuit alleges.
According to Meaww, some of the lawsuit was recently dismissed, but one claim regarding the pyramid allegation is going forward.
The lawsuit hasn’t been mentioned on Season 2 of RHOSLC.
Will it affect her Wild Rose business?
During the most recent episode, Whitney Rose revealed that she has invested the family’s savings into a rebrand of her skincare company. What was formerly known as Iris + Beau is now Wild Rose Beauty.
In fact, the episode featured a photoshoot for the rebrand. She confessed to the cameras that the shoot cost $20k. Additionally, viewers saw as she told her husband that she applied for a million-dollar line of credit to cover the costs of the rebrand.

Sounds like Amway and Mary Kay to me. I guess time will tell.
I find the entire situation, be it with the wife’s or the husband’s very sad. I have never watched any of the Real Housewives shows in the past. I think that as a society we place way too much merit on outer beauty and “Keeping up with the Joneses”. I’m hooked on the Salt Lake City edition, I just hope and pray that each lady experiences Spiritual and Emotional growth.
Where do they find the broke ass bitches anyway ?? None of them have any real $$ they all live in rental houses and drive leased cars.
I didn’t think she needed a rebrand. My God she has a national platform to advertise her products, why spend all that money on rebranding?
They both seem like nice people, I hope they get through this OK.
The several people who are stealing money from the elderly and disabled people who have been hurt and these people are using other people’s money to pay for their extravagant lifestyle, which is very sickening.
