Josh Duggar Bombshell: Confession Could Be Used Against Him
New details about Josh Duggar’s child pornography scandal continue to emerge. On Wednesday, several new pieces of information were released, including details of the government’s request to keep one of Josh’s devices. We also learned that the Duggar son’s previous molestation scandal may be shared with the jury during his November 30 trial.
Now, more details of a confession Josh made have come out. And the admission he made may be used against him later on.
For those who don’t know, Josh, the eldest son of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, was arrested in April for receiving and possessing child pornography. He has failed to accept multiple plea deals and has pleaded not guilty so far. He’s currently awaiting his trial, which is set for November 30. At that point, we will hopefully learn the truth. If found guilty, the former 19 Kids & Counting star will face decades behind bars and have fines to pay.

Josh Duggar Admits Addiction Publicly & To Friends
In court documents obtained by Radar Online, it was revealed that the government wishes to use prior statements made by Josh during his trial. Specifically, the government has filed a motion to use his admission of a pornography addiction in 2015. His confession read:
“I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this has become an addiction.”
At this point, the judge has not yet responded to the government’s recent motions.
