Abigail Heringer Reveals Her Hidden Talent
Abigail Heringer has a hidden talent and you’ll never guess what it is. Plus, what’s her biggest pet peeve? The Bachelor in Paradise alum answers burning questions from fans.
Get to know the Oregon native
Abigail Heringer made history as the first deaf contestant in the history of the Bachelor franchise. She didn’t form a strong connection with season 25 lead, Matt James.
While some fans were rooting for her to be the next Bachelorette, the network chose Katie Thurston and Michelle Young for Seasons 17 and 18 of the franchise. However, Heringer did get a second chance at love on the beach for Season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise.
The Oregon native chose Noah Erb for the season’s very first date card and the two never wavered in their connection. Until Paradise Prom, that is. Instead of continuing their relationship, the couple broke up, breaking the hearts of BIP viewers.
But the split didn’t last long. Once the season finale aired, Noah and Abigail went public with their reconciliation.
Bachelor in Paradise star talks couple goals
Season 7 of the beachy guilty pleasure spawned three engagements – Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, Kenny Braasch and Mari Pepin, and Riley Christian and Maurissa Gunn.
Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs had an emotional break-up, but also reconciled after filming.
Abigail Heringer recently answered 20 hot topic questions for Bachelor Nation. For many fans, Abigail and Noah’s sweet relationship is the ultimate couple goals for the franchise.
However, if you ask Abigail, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are the real couple goals in celebrity pairings. She also shared the best relationship advice she’s gotten, which is that “love is worth fighting for.”
The television personality clearly took that to heart, fighting for a second chance with Noah Erb.
Abigail Heringer reveals her surprising hidden talent
Before she appeared on The Bachelor, Abigail didn’t discuss her hearing loss much. Born deaf, she’s had cochlear implants since she was a toddler.
Still, fans may be surprised that Heringer’s hidden talent involves music. The multi-faceted reality star revealed that she can play the violin.
She also cited “hearing loss” as the taboo topic that she loves to talk about. The Bachelor Nation alum has been using her social media platform to educate viewers on deafness and hearing loss since her Bachelor debut.
