Robby Hayes breaks silence on Jef Holm issues

Robby Hayes spoke with US Weekly about the recent issues he has had with Jef Holm. It was just announced Tuesday that Jef decided to drop the restraining order against Robby. According to reports, Jef did not show up for Monday’s court hearing. Therefore, the restraining order was dropped.

Robby said the allegations against him are “a deceitful and perjurious false report.” He went on saying, “I’ve delayed my response to the media because of this concern for my safety and the safety of my belongings.”

Robby also said, “Its [sic] no wonder that Jef Holm didn’t show up in court to defend his false accusations, perjury would inevitably follow.” He went on to say, “Jef Holm completely disregards other peoples [sic] feelings, well-being or the consequences of his actions. I just want to be able to feel comfortable in my own home without feeling like I can’t leave my room for concern of my own safety.”

Robby says the two lived together for more than four years. In fact, he claims his name was added to the lease in 2017. According to Robby, it was Jef who was the violent, threatening one. He said Jef would throw his belonging to the curb, move them out, and even broke his door down.

The allegations and why Jef dropped them

The initial allegations came out when Jef accused Robby of sneaking into his home in California. At the time, Jef said the following in court records, “Robert used to live at my house but does not now. He continues to enter the premises & harass me & I do not feel safe around him. He threatens me and still hasn’t stopped to this day.”

Robby claims things began to die down so he decided it wasn’t necessary to keep the restraining order in place. Robby said, “Tensions died down as I hoped. I haven’t seen any reason to continue with the restraining order, so I dropped it. Like I mentioned before, I wish him the best.”

Stay tuned for more updates.
