Tori Roloff Gets Real About Instagram Vs. Reality When It Comes To Kids
Tori Roloff is here to tell you not to believe everything you see on the internet, particularly Instagram. She hilarious showed the real side of photographing kids for social media content. The Little People, Big World star doesn’t fake a perfect life for TV. Keep reading to see Tori’s cheeky Instagram vs. reality post.
Another Summer Day Trip for the Roloffs
Like many families, the Roloffs are making the most of the few remaining weeks of summer. After treating Jackson to the new Paw Patrol movie, it was time to hit the beach! Tori, Jackson, Lilah, Zach, and some friends hit the local lake/river for some fun. The last time they were at the beach, Lilah gave her best impression of a crab.
The family of four also likely wanted to relax before heading to Amy Roloff’s wedding at the end of August. Jackson has a big responsibility as ring bearer in her wedding.
‘Boat Beans’! Jackson and Lilah Enjoy Boat Ride
Jackson and Lilah didn’t stay entirely on the sand, though. They enjoyed a trip on the river. Perhaps Tori saw fellow TLC star Adam Busby (OutDaughtered) get schooled about water safety because both Lilah and Jackson were wearing life vests on the boat.
In the video, Jackson is absolutely mesmerized by the waves the boat leaves in its wake. Check out the cute video of Tori’s “boat beans.”
Tori Roloff Gets Real About Instagram vs. Reality
Lilah Ray was mostly all smiles during the trip. However, kids are known for their random mood swings: happy one minute, crying the next. In a series of slides on her Instagram Stories, Tori showed that life isn’t always as perfect as it seems on social media.
The photos show Lilah sitting on the beach with a friend, happily playing. In the next slide, both tykes appear to be crying on the boat. Tori has shared in the past that Lilah is a bit shy and scares easily. However, in the last slide, all seems to be right with the kids again.
