Also, it looks like Lindsie has an iced coffee in her hand. The mother of one is smiling from ear to ear, while Jackson playfully sticks a finger in her nose.

After that, Lindsie explains why this is scary. “Change can be so scary, but you know what is scarier? Allowing fear to stop you from growing, evolving & progressing,” writes the podcaster. Ultimately, she didn’t come to this realization on her own. Lindsie shares that she has help from her therapist. So, she shares with her fans what her therapist told her.
