Martha Stewart is known for a variety of ventures. However, she recently gave a lot of fans a bit of a shock when she recently announced another one. Since then, Stewart has explained what is going on in a recent update.

Martha Stewart Teased A Certain ‘Release’ In A Share On Social Media

Stewart is an iconic businesswoman and media personality. To many, she is known as the founder of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and its various ventures.

Stewart hosted two syndicated television shows: Martha Stewart Living, which ran from 1993 to 2004, and The Martha Stewart Show, which ran from 2005 to 2012. Martha Stewart Living is also the name of her eponymous magazine.

Recently, Stewart had a post for fans that raised a few fans’ eyebrows. In a recent share on Instagram, she wrote, “I’ve been thinking about releasing my nudes,” all the while blowing a kiss to the camera in a selfie.

In the comments, some shared their concern, while others took it as a joke. Barbara Corcoran of Shark Tank fame, for example, wrote, “If you do it, I’ll do it!”

Stewart Shared A Follow-Up Post, In Which She Claimed Her ‘Nudes’ Were Just A ‘Ploy’

After a few hours, Stewart shared a follow-up explaining what she was really talking about. As she shared, “My ‘nudes’ are just a ‘ploy.’ They are actually fabulous lip serums to wear day and night to keep your lips as lustrous and soft as your skin!!!!!” In an accompanying video, she could be seen applying the lip serum before puckering up into a kiss.

The video ended with a logo for Elm Biosciences. She previously co-founded this skincare brand with Dr. Dhaval Bhanusali, which focuses on helping aging skin.
