‘Unexpected’ Mia’s Brother Praises Father, Glowing On Show
Unexpected viewers have grown to love Mia Quebedeaux and her father, Keith. He sets down the rules, but he genuinely cares about what is best for his little girl. Unfortunately, there has been some bad press about his fathering of his other children. Now, one of his sons is speaking out, and it is nothing but love and support. Mia Has A Great Father
There are four couples in Season 7 of Unexpected, but only two parents have made a positive impact on the viewers. Amya’s mother, Mama G, is someone that fans have gravitated toward for her positive outlook. She is always encouraging her daughter plus she is big on responsibility. Amya’s boyfriend, Jose, has moved in with them and has a job, so Mama G worked out how much he needs to hand over for living expenses and the baby. Therefore, fans feel she is a great influence. The same goes for Mia Quebedeaux’s father, Keith, as he is a straight shooter, but loves his daughter to no end.
As much as Mia and fans love Keith, some disturbing details came out about him. It seems he does have other children that he allegedly abandoned. That may have soured some, yet he just received an incredible amount of love from his son, Rowan Quebedeaux. A promo from Mia’s labor and delivery episode, which ended up taking a terrifying turn, was posted on social media. Rowan ended up popping into the comments to praise his dad and was happy that he had a chance to finally shine:
- I’m Keith’s son and I’m so glad the world can see how great of a dad my father is
In the clip, Keith was livid that Mia’s mother, Nicole, who is often missing, was not there for their daughter’s emergency C-section. That was all Mia wanted, and Keith was pacing with worry.

Unexpected fans loved the words from Rowan and echoed his kind words, as they love Keith just as much.
Keith Is A Good Man
Regardless of the noise floating around about the Louisiana-based father, on Unexpected, Keith is a good man. He adores Mia and wants to make sure that she gets the love and support she needs. She is a hard worker, graduated from high school early, and does her best in life. That is all anyone can ask for, and though Keith can be tough, he does it with the best intentions:
- he’s amazing. he’s strict but in a good way. yall have an amazing dad and he seems so sweet and caring
- Best parent on this show!
- That man deserves to be spoiled on Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, all the parent days 😭 he stands ten toes down for his kids and it’s refreshing to see, especially on tv.
Hopefully, everything works out between Keith, AK, and Jessie so that they can all raise the baby with love, support, and family.
