‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Tammy Slaton Slammed For Mistreating Nephews
1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton is being slammed for how she treated her two nephews, Gage and Glenn. They were recently featured on an episode of the hit TLC series, but viewers could not ignore how awful Tammy was to them. Keep reading for more on what they had to say.
Tammy Slaton Slammed For Mistreating Nephews
This season of 1000-lb Sisters is all about family drama and a wedding. Amy Slaton is preparing to tie the knot with her fiancé, Brian Lovvorn. This will be her second marriage, but she is looking to have the spookiest wedding. That has not sat well with her siblings, yet she does not care and will do what she wants, which is typical of Amy. At the same time, she and her sister, Tammy Slaton, have been going at it. They cannot make amends, and it has been hard on the rest of the family.
There are so many gatherings, but it comes down to what Amy and Tammy can handle. Moreover, can they be in the same room for longer than ten minutes? Recently, there was a kids’ themed birthday party for Tammy. Amy’s sons, Gage and Glenn, were in attendance. However, viewers felt that she acted as if they were not there and paid no mind to them. Additionally, fans believed that her nephews would have been a great way to bridge the gap between her and Amy.
She can be seen walking around the event while Gage and Glenn are playing and having fun. For some time, 1000-lb Sisters fans have felt that Amy Slaton has been mistreated by her siblings. Furthermore, they do not believe that Tammy Slaton is as nice as she could be. She has undergone an incredible physical transformation, but there is still a lot of work to be done on the inside. That was evident when she was incredibly rude to the rehab therapist who attempted to help her get to her goal weight.
Just Be Kind
It is not that hard to just be kind. However, Tammy Slaton proved that she could not let the bad blood go by the way she disregarded her nephews. 1000-lb Sisters fans saw how she mistreated Gage and Glenn, and it made their blood boil:
- I do not understand how anyone could be so f*cking selfish as to outright walk by those children multiple times without so much as a hug! Those boys have zero to do with the issues between Tammy and Amy.
- I had to laugh when Andrea said “I could tell she was trying to get close to them” or whatever meanwhile Tammy was literally walking around like this 😠 with her arms crossed
- She’s an overgrown toddler that refuses to do any self reflection. She’s become unwatchable.
It was noted that Glenn and Gage did not take the time to even acknowledge their aunt. At the same time, some fans stated that they may not have recognized the Dixon, Kentucky native, given how much she has changed physically. Hopefully, she was just uncomfortable around Amy and did not mean to ignore her nephews.
