HGTV’s Jenny Marrs Suffers Another Heartbreaking Family Loss
HGTV star Jenny Marrs and her family have been through a lot lately. The interior designer and her husband, Dave, star in Fixer to Fabulous. The show just premiered Season 7 in December. But the family has experienced several heartbreaking losses in recent months.
The Marrs family lost two beloved family members: Dave Marrs’ mother and Jenny Marrs’ grandmother both passed away last year. Additionally, they lost their beloved family dog. Now, the family suffered another heartbreaking loss.
Jenny Marrs Suffers Another Heartbreaking Family Loss
In addition to their home renovation show, Jenny and Dave Marrs have a huge family farm in Bentonville, Arkansas. Jenny Marrs documents farm life on social media. But a heartbreaking loss on the farm left her ready to pack her bags and move away.
“The past 24 hours have gone from joyous expectation to deep sorrow here on the farm,” Jenny Marrs wrote on social media earlier this week. She revealed that BaaBaa, a sheep on the farm, was pregnant. However, the Marrs family thought she was only pregnant with two babies.
We didn’t know BaaBaa was actually pregnant with quadruplets. Our vet had to make an emergency visit when we realized she was in distress,” she wrote. The emergency birth ended in heartbreak. “Four beautiful, perfect babies… and we lost them all. Our best girl, BaaBaa, and all four babies. All gone. We are devastated.”
“We tried so hard to save them. We fought. They fought. I’ll never forget this night. I’m so thankful for our selfless neighbor who was there for every bit of it and fought for these precious babies alongside us,” the HGTV star wrote about the heartbreaking loss.
She added, “As we all cried and prayed together afterwards, we also cried a little more because of how much we missed [our late friend] Mr Bob here tonight. He would have been right here beside us.”
The loss hit everyone hard, but one family member had an extremely difficult time.

Jenny and Dave Marrs have five children: Charlotte, Nathan, Ben, Sylvie, and Luke. Jenny Marrs revealed that four of the children immediately went inside during the distressing situation. However, Charlotte stayed with BaaBaa and her babies the entire time.
“Dave got the other kids inside and was setting up heat lamps and starting a fire in the barn and Charlotte never considered going inside. She would not leave BaaBaa or the babies.” In one Instagram slide, Jenny Marrs asked for extra prayers for Charlotte after the heartbreaking loss.
The HGTV star and her family received an outpouring of love and condolences on social media after the devastating loss of BaaBaa and her babies. “Somedays, farm life is beautiful. Other days, I want to pack up and move to a private island,” Jenny Marrs said about the heartbreaking circle of life.
