Sheinelle Jones Loses Husband To Awful Cancer
Sheinelle Jones was married to Uche Ojeh. However, she lost her husband to an aggressive form of brain cancer. This is something she did not expect. However, it was one of the hardest times of her life. Uche left behind children, and this did not make it any easier. Sheinelle was worried that she was not going to be able to smile again on Today. However, she has become happy again, even though she misses her husband every day. Regardless, she had a lot of people there to support her.
She Is ‘Bonded’ With Savannah Guthrie After Death
Sheinelle Jones has revealed that she is really bonded with Savannah Guthrie. This happened when her husband was dying and after his death. Savannah showed up for Sheinelle and her family in ways she could not explain.
“I think my kids started to bond even more with some of my colleagues, like Savannah [Guthrie], for example. I knew that Savannah lost her father around the same age that my kids lost their father. [Savannah] just really wrapped her arms around me. I remember during his first surgery, Savannah rushed in. I’m like, ‘How did you get here?’ And she prayed with my family and his family, and so they just really connected and they really bonded,”
Fans love that the two are so close. Savannah stepped up when Sheinelle needed her most.
It seems as though Savannah was there for Sheinelle and her family during the hardest time of their lives. This meant a lot to Sheinelle. She was also praying with Uche a lot.
