Shocking Filings Claim John Travolta’s Son Is Elvis Presley’s Bio-Grandson
John Travolta and his family were recently named-dropped in the proceedings of an ongoing lawsuit. A court filing claims that one of the movie star’s sons could be related to rock and roll royalty: Elvis Presley. A few statements have also been made regarding the case.
John Travolta Had Three Children With The Late Kelly Preston
Travolta is an actor who is known for starting his career in the 1970s. He is known for his films including Carrie, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, Face/Off, and Pulp Fiction.
In his personal life, Travolta married actress Kelly Preston in 1991, who passed away in 2020. They had three children together: Jett, who passed away at the age of 16, Ella Bleu, and Benjamin.
According to TMZ, however, a legal document has made a shocking claim concerning Travolta’s son Ben. The suit comes from Brigitte Kruse, Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, who is suing her son, Navarone Garcia, for alleged breach of contract.
According to the outlet, court documents filed in the case claimed Kruse alleges that John and Kelly used Riley Keough’s eggs to give birth to their son, Ben. Riley is the eldest daughter of Lisa Mari Presley and Elvis Presley’s eldest grandchild. In her professional life, Riley is also known for her work as a model and an actress. This includes appearing in the musical biopic, The Runaways.
Surprising Claims Were Made Concerning John Travolta’s Family During An Ongoing Lawsuit
The papers claim that Kruse claims Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, told her Kelly was unable to bear her own children. Kruse then claims John and Kelly previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant. At this time, it is unclear is Lisa Marie’s eggs ever produced a child.
As the papers claim, Kruse alleges that a deal was made in which Riley gave one of her eggs to Travolta so that Kelly could give birth to Ben. Kruse also claimed Riley was given an old Jaguar and somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000 for compensation.
Kruse also allegedly claimed that Lockwood told her that he was so destitute that he resorted to eating “dog food.” It’s claimed he wanted to use this secret to arrange a settlement for himself and his daughters. Kruse also claimed Lockwood told her Travolta was “needed to help salvage his career amid claims of sexual assault against other men.”
The docs reportedly include a note with the words, “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby” on it. The note also appeared to be handwritten. A text exchange was also included where Ben was allegedly referred to as Priscilla’s “beautiful great-grandson.”
Attorneys Involved In The Case Have Also Since Released Statements
Reportedly, Priscilla Presley’s lawyers have denied the claims. Speaking with the outlet, her attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, shared, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low. No ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”
The statement continued, “In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers… is shameful. And it absolutely will be addressed in court.” It was also noted, “They are on their fourth set of attorneys.”

Jordan Matthews, of Holtz Matthews LLP, also told the outlet, “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. They have been accused of horrific acts that are not supported by any evidence whatsoever.”
The statement continued, “This amended complaint is about revealing the truth. Correcting the record. And providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family. Despite being exposed to constant volatility.” At this time, Travolta’s legal team hasn’t responded to the story.
