‘CBS Mornings’ Show Looking At Two New Hosts To Take Over
Big changes are expecting to be coming to CBS’ morning lineup. Two new hosts are reportedly going to be announced as for the show very soon. This also comes out as two other names have left the show. An inside source has also spoken out about the planned move.
Two Hosts Will Join CBS’ Morning Show As Two Others Leave
CBS Mornings has been airing since 2021. The New York-based show is produced from 7 to 9 AM. The series also has a weekend counterpart, CBS Saturday Morning.
When the show first began, Gayle King, Nate Burleson, and Tony Dokoupil served as hosts. Within a few years, Vladimir Duthiers would join as a guest host. However, two new hosts are set to join the show.

According to the New York Post, Adriana Diaz and Kelly O’Grady are set to be announced as CBS Saturday Morning’s new co-hosts. They will replace outgoing co-anchors Dana Jacobson and Michelle Miller, who previously finished their time on the show on November 22, 2025. In the interim, Lindsey Reiser and Duthiers had been filling in for them.
According to the outlet, CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss is set to announce Diaz and O’Grady as the new hosts during a December 15 town hall to staff. Reportedly, she will also share her vision for the network’s future.
The Two New CBS Saturday Morning Hosts Already Boast Quite The Background
An insider felt that the hires would be a “smart move.” As they shared, “CBS needs to build its bench,” saying things are currently “empty.”
These changes also come out following Paramount’s merger with Skydance earlier this year. It’s believed that the company wants to cut $3 billion in costs. CBS Saturday Morning previously faced a round of cuts in October. In addition to Jacobson and Miller, other staffers, including executive producer Brian Applegate, have also been laid off.

Both Diaz and O’Grady have quite an impressive background. Diaz is a former Miss New York Teen USA who started her broadcast career with Channel One News. She first joined CBS in 2012, serving as the Beijing-based Asia correspondent from 2016 to 2017. In addition, she later moved to Chicago to work as a national correspondent. She also worked on CBS Weekend News and the defunct CBS Morning Plus.
O’Grady also previously worked as a Fox Business Network correspondent. She first joined CBS News in October 2024, covering business and tech through the MoneyWatch team. She’s also been an anchor for the CBS 24/7 stream.
