Fans of The View are used to Whoopi Goldberg getting into such a state that she can’t control what she says and gets censored. It happens with the other hosts once in a while. However, Sara Haines’ foul mouth shocked everyone. Keep reading to find out why she was bleeped out on national television.

Whoopi Goldberg’s Cuss Goes Uncensored

Whoopi Goldberg returned as the moderator on The View this week. She was MIA for two weeks while filming a soap opera in Italy. She took her rightful place at the head of the table in the show’s New York City studio. But a lot has been going on in the U.S. since she was gone.

The hosts of the show dove right into current events on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday’s shows after Whoopi’s return. The Ghost actress can get quite passionate about her opinions. Earlier this week, she left the table during a discussion about the U.S. bombing alleged drug smuggling boats in the Caribbean.

But on Wednesday’s episode, she cursed without getting censored. The hosts were discussing President Trump’s comments about Somali immigrants in Minnesota. He referred to the immigrants as “garbage” and said they “do nothing but b**tch.”

Whoopi Goldberg wasn’t censored when she used the “b” word because she was directly quoting the President. She then changed the topic slightly to ask her co-hosts’ thoughts on what she considered President Trump’s “demonizing” immigrants.

Joy Behar chimed in with her thoughts that the President says awful things about immigrants when his poll results are down. “Every time that happens, he pulls out a race card. Last time, it was the Haitians who were eating the pets, and now it’s the Somalis in Minnesota,” she said.

Sara Haines somewhat agreed with Trump’s assessment of the Somali immigrants. “He had a valid criticism. This is rated as the number-one fraud scheme during the pandemic. These were programs that were supposed to feed kids. So there have been 59 people convicted. It was over $1 billion. That’s a big deal. And it’s not about the Somalis. It’s about those people that were convicted making bad decisions.”, she said.

She continued, “They are fixing it. This was a problem, but because of how he talks about it, now it becomes all the Somalis, it’s everyone…”

But what she said after “everyone” was bleeped out by The View. She quickly apologized to the show’s producer, Brian Teta, for swearing. “I was quoting [Trump],” Sara Haines said.

Other Hosts Pile On

The discussion continued despite Sara Haines’ cursing. Ana Navarro agreed with Joy Behar’s opinion. “He does this over and over again, right? He likes to do it particularly with immigrant groups that come from poor countries that are majority Black or brown, right, correct. I never heard him try to paint the Italian portion of the mafia. I’ve never heard him talk about the mafia, the Russian mafia, that’s in North Miami Beach,” Ana Navarro said. She lives in Miami, Florida, so she’s heard about the alleged mafia.

Sara Haines has had quite the potty mouth on The View lately. Last month, she was censored for saying “what the f**k” to a guest who blurted out her private information. Tell us in the comments if you agree with President Trump’s stance on immigrants.
