Recently, she shared an emotional post, detailing some of the last moments she spent with her mother. This post also proved timely, as it was in honor of a very emotional day.
Bunnie Xo Recently Shared What Appeared To Be A Simple Video With Her Mother On Instagram
Bunnie Xo, also known as Alyssa DeFord, is known for her marriage to country music star Jelly Roll. The two married in 2016 and recently renewed their vows back in 2023. In addition, she is also known for her work as a podcast host, a social media personality, and even a model.
On social media, Bunnie Xo has often shared various aspects of her personal life. Recently, she opened up about her final moments with someone on the anniversary of an important day.

Taking to Instagram, Bunnie Xo shared a video of her eating a meal with her mother, who was seen relaxing in a chair with a blanket. The scene was set to Guns & Roses’ “November Rain.”
As Bunnie Xo explained in the video, “This was the first time I ever got to sit down and eat with my mama. I remember being so excited that I just had to record it because I wanted to remember it forever and cherish the moment.”
“The little girl inside me that never had this growing up was so, so excited to finally have her in the same city. I had big plans for us and our relationship… When she was coming out of coma, I was playing her music. And when I asked her what her favorite song was, she said, ‘November Rain.'”
Many Fans Also Noted That Early November Was Timely For Different Reasons
Bunnie Xo continued, “When I started playing it in the hospital, she said, ‘No, don’t play it now. It’s about someone dying.'” It was then the video took a sad turn, with Bunnie Xo noting, “This would be my first and LAST dinner with my mom. She surprisingly passed on November 3, 2022. Love you, Mama. I’m playing your favorite song all week for you.” In the post’s caption, Bunnie Xo also noted, “And it’s raining today. Rest easy, Mama.”
Bunnie Xo had previously opened up about her mother on social media. In another post, she had explained that her mother walked out when she was around three months old, noting her struggles with addiction, ultimately reconnecting with her when she was 22. At the time, Bunnie Xo shared that she found peace with getting to be with her during her last days, noting, “Rest easy, Mama. Forgiving you was the best thing I ever did.”
