The Bachelorette has been announced, and fans are totally shocked by who is getting the job. It turns out that they have picked someone who is a reality star and not from the franchise. So who is handing out roses this time around?

The Call Her Daddy podcast got to announce who the new Bachelorette would be, and it turns out it’s Taylor Frankie Paul of The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives has the job. This is going to be an interesting season. She is the first one to ever get the job that isn’t from the franchise. They have done it before with The Bachelor, but not The Bachelorette.
They started talking on the podcast, and Taylor Frankie Paul was asked about getting the job. She said it feels, “Surreal. It has not hit me right now in this moment. I’m just thinking abou it now and it’s not real. And it’s not going to be until I think the limo is pulling up, you know? And meeting people.”
Who Is Taylor Frankie Paul?
Taylor Frankie Paul is the star of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, which airs on Hulu. She is the mother of three kids and has two baby daddies. Taylor admits she was a bit worried about joining the show because of this, but she will make it work. She is also a bit worried about traveling. Taylor has only been in two serious relationships in her life, so dating a lot of men is something totally new to her. She shared that her family was surprised, but they are all excited for her.
Taylor did post a picture of a musician, and everyone thought it was a hard launch. It turns out that wasn’t the case, though. She just went on a couple of dates with this guy and it wasn’t anything serious. They discussed that he might still be around if things don’t work out on the show.
