‘McBee Dynasty’ Update: Steven McBee Sr. Ordered To Hand Over Assets
McBee Dynasty star Steve McBee Sr. has been ordered to hand over his assets amid his legal problems. The father of four missed out on Season 2, and now he is dealing with the tail end of his struggles. So, what does he have, and when must he turn it over? Keep reading for more details.
Steve McBee Sr. Ordered To Hand Over Assets
It has been a nightmare for Steve McBee Sr. and his family. Not only did he leave The McBee Dynasty and the farm to deal with personal struggles, but there was more buried deep down. He had been charged with federal crop insurance fraud and was facing thirty years behind bars. Many felt that he took the fall for his children, and maybe his sons had been bad. Yet, Steve Sr. is at the point where his sentencing was postponed for three months. Now, there is a major update in his situation, and it deals with his assets.
He took over three million dollars in benefits regarding his crops, and Steve Sr. has to pay back millions. Now, to make amends in this situation, there has been a judgment. The patriarch must hand over his expensive, designer watches, but only three of them. It is currently unclear how many he has in his arsenal, but this will help with some of what he owes. In the filing against Steve, this is what was stated:
“The United States has located assets belonging to the defendant Steve A. McBee that were not directly obtained through the offenses alleged in the Information.”
Therefore, anything The McBee Dynasty star purchased with his own funds can be turned over, or at least demanded to do so. As for the kind of watches Steve Sr. will be losing, they include a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch, a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera watch, and a Rolex Daytona. Based on the specifics, the Tag Heuer’s can go for $6K.

Although Steve Sr. was supposed to be sentenced this month, that has since changed.
A New Date
Steve McBee Sr. has had his sentencing date changed repeatedly. The McBee Dynasty star was to be sentenced in June 2025. However, a scheduling conflict moved it to September 2025, and now, it is October 2025. After learning what Steve was turning over, the followers were unhappy. They could not understand why the government was taking watches and not more expensive assets he may have had:

Again, Steve Sr. had to turn over items purchased with his own money and not fraudulent funds. Therefore, cars and other items may have been exempt.
