‘Young & Restless’ Hunter King Excited, New Baby Due Soon
Fans know Hunter King for many roles, especially Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless. However, the star recently announced a new role in her life on social media. This came out with a carousel photo, complete with members of her family coming together for a big moment. Many members of Hunter’s family also shared their reactions to the big news.
The Young And The Restless Star Hunter King Shared Big News With Fans On Instagram
Hunter is known to soap fans for playing Summer Newman on The Young and the Restless. First joining the soap in 2012, she has appeared on and off the show over the following years.
Hunter has also appeared as the character on the sister series, The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she is known for her roles on the drama Hollywood Heights and the sitcom Life in Pieces.
In her personal life, Hunter became engaged to Chris Copier in October 2024. Recently, she shared an emotional, yet happy, update with fans on social media concerning her family.
Taking to Instagram, the star shared that she recently celebrated a baby shower for a new member of the family. She wrote, “Last weekend, we had the sweetest baby shower celebrating the most wonderful parents to be.”
Hunter explained, “My sister and brother-in-law are truly two of the kindest, most amazing people I know, and seeing them step into this next chapter fills my heart with so much joy. I have no doubt they’ll be the most loving, incredible mom and dad. Counting down the days until we get to welcome this little one into our family!”
Hunter wasn’t the only member of the family to comment on the good news. Her sister, actress Joey King, also shared her excitement, writing, “Auntie Hunter and Auntie Joey for life.”
Of course, the mother-to-be, Hunter’s sister Kelli, also thanked Hunter for the loving post. Writing in her baby’s voice, she wrote, “I love you, Auntie Hunter.”
